His main areas of expertise include corporate and foundation law (particularly restructurings, corporate governance matters), as well as structuring corporate transactions (M&A, Private Equity, etc.). In addition, Stephan Rödler provides comprehensive advice to various startups.
Stephan Rödler studied business law (in both bachelor's and master's programs) as well as International Business Administration at WU Vienna. He also completed a Master of Laws in the United States at Columbia University.
In addition to his admission as an attorney in Austria, Stephan Rödler is also admitted to practice law in the State of New York, United States.
Prior to founding RHE Rechtsanwälte, Stephan Rödler worked at renowned Austrian and international law firms (Freshfields and Schönherr Rechtsanwaelte) and also headed the legal department of fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg. During his studies, he served as a teaching assistant at the chairs of Prof. Kodek and Prof. Bollenberger (†).
Stephan Rödler is the founder of RHE Rechtsanwälte and managing director and shareholder of Roedler Harnoncourt Rechtsanwaelte FlexCo.

His areas of expertise lie in residential and real estate law, where he provides ongoing advice to clients (including rental law and condominium law) as well as handling transactions and project developments. Another focus is on inheritance and forced heirship law (claim enforcement, wills, estate settlements) and insolvency law (creditor and debtor counseling).
In addition to his legal practice, he is a lecturer at WU Vienna (Institute for Civil Law and Civil Procedure – course "Companies in Crisis"), managing director of Concentus Musicus Wien, and author of numerous publications in the field of civil, insolvency, and inheritance law.
After his studies at the University of Vienna, he was an assistant at the chair of Prof. Martin Spitzer at WU Vienna, where he completed his doctoral thesis. Before founding RHE Rechtsanwälte, he worked at renowned law firms (including DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich, Riel & Partner) focusing on insolvency law, inheritance law, and real estate law.
Maximilian Harnoncourt is a founder of RHE Rechtsanwälte and managing director and shareholder of Roedler Harnoncourt Rechtsanwaelte FlexCo.

Before founding RHE Rechtsanwälte, he worked for several years in cooperation with DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich.

His areas of expertise include advising on matters of inheritance and forced heirship law as well as drafting cross-generational contracts and dispositions. Another focus lies on advising and providing ongoing support to clients in matters of real estate law, as well as structuring and handling property transactions and projects for the development and utilization of real estate.
In addition to his legal practice, Philipp Meran serves as a legally qualified member of management and supervisory bodies (foundation board, supervisory board, trustee) in companies and corporations operating in various business sectors, including financial services, industry, and forestry.
Before cooperating with RHE Rechtsanwälte, Philipp Meran worked for several years in cooperation with DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich.
